Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order prior to it being handed over to our shipping partner. A restocking fee of ten percent (10%) will be deducted from your refund on all canceled but unshipped orders to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processors. The minimum deduction per canceled order is $5. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return under our Returns policy.

RETURNS
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 21 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%). Returns must be shipped (postmarked) within 21 days of delivery. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns on opened items or used perfumes. The condition and acceptance of all returns will be determined at our sole discretion.  Please note that after 21 days from the delivery date, we can no longer accept returns on your purchase.

To initiate a return, please send the item(s) to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your original order email receipt and a note detailing the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. If you don’t have the original email, please provide a note with your full name and order number.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges for a different item or another item of the same value are available within 21 days of delivery. Exchanges must be shipped (postmarked) within 21 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for shipping the item(s) to be exchanged back to us. We do not accept exchanges of opened items or used perfumes. Acceptance of any exchange is at our sole discretion. Please note that after 21 days from the delivery date, we can no longer accept exchanges on your purchase.
